In bullets:
- The freaking yellow Chevy cobalt? Well, I pulled into the gas station to fill it up and wham, a car hits my rental car. Awesome. Fortunately, I had full liability and it was the other guys fault. The police were awesome.
- The work trip was good. I have real work and I think they will keep me busy for a while. Also, they totally agreed to my hourly rate.
- Boat Cruise. Wachovia sponsored a boat cruise around the Boston Harbor. It was quite enjoyable and Husband and I even danced a bit. It was interesting to see some of the other students dirty dancing on the boat. I’ve partied more here in MA than I ever did at UT
- Met the Texas Exes of Boston. We watched the UNT game. It was a good time at a cool pub (Dockside). All the bartenders wore burnt orange UT shirts. People in the T saw us all wearing our burnt orange and were asking us if we were UT grads and giving us the Hook’Em horns. Longhorns everywhere. Way fun.
- Grocery shopping. Grocery shopping in MA is tough. It has rained 4 out of the 7 previous days. I had to go grocery shopping in the rain. No fun. Also, I can’t find any freaking normal bread or many of the brands that I prefer. Ugh.
- Husband is a Rockstar. He put together our ugly Ikea table. All by himself. He is totally useful and very cute with his tools. I made cookies to celebrate the table being done.
- Cold. It’s cold and getting colder. The leaves outside our balcony are starting to turn. I’m not a fan of cold.
Tomorrow we are off to Salem to hunt some witches…oh wait, no going to a Lobster bake on the beach. The beach, in winter.
